Bikram Yoga - with Mare E. McKee

Bikram Yoga gives you the opportunity to be present to what is, strengthen your concentration, and melt attachments: it invites you to go beyond what you think you can do.
Master a sequence of postures that, through frequent practice, will help still your mind, find the meaning of yoga, and experience a union with those around sharing your practice, all opening together to inner strengths.
The true beauty of a hot yoga class is found when you let go of preconceptions and flow with the intensity that it provides.
About our instructor: Mare trained with and was certified by Bikram Choudhury in 2001, and has been practicing and teaching Bikram Yoga in the Bay Area for the last nine years. In addition to this method, Mare enjoys studying all forms of yoga. She brings the benefits of her daily meditation practice into her classes through the powerful vehicle known as stillness.
Currently, Mare teaches weekly Yin, Flow, Bikram Yoga and private classes.
