Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga gives you the opportunity to be present to what is, strengthen your concentration, and melt attachments: it invites you to go beyond what you think you can do. Master a sequence of postures that, through frequent practice, will help still your mind, find the meaning of yoga, and experience a union with those around sharing your practice, all opening together to inner strengths. The true beauty of a hot yoga class is found when you let go of preconceptions and flow with the intensity that it provides.

No reservation or prior experience is required.

What do I need to know before coming to class?

Please come with an empty stomach (no food three or more hours before class). Hydrate before class, and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Wear light, nonrestrictive exercise clothing that are comfortable for stretching in a room heated to 100-104 degrees. No perfume.

Please bring the following to class:

  • a large bath or beach towel
  • a mat
  • water

The above and other yoga supplies are available for purchasing at the studio. Bikram class students will receive a 10% discount on yoga mat and Yogitoes Skidless towel purchases.
